We are looking for a seasoned UX/UI designer who will be instrumental in owning product design and developing marketing assets that will launch our business.

80-90% of the role will be a hybrid UX/UI design role working on mobile financial products.

20-10% of the role will be focused on developing the brand and creating marketing assets.

Here are the traits and experience we are looking for:

  • You are a product designer today but you have developed brands and created marketing collateral during your career.
  • You have shipped a product that is used by consumers.
  • You are hands-on in UX research and are comfortable working with data to understand user behaviour.
  • You can produce high caliber visual designs and UI elements.
  • You have great communication skills and you are experienced working in highly collaborative teams of business leaders.
  • You thrive in start ups who don’t have everything figured out, because you like being part of figuring it out.
  • You have a carefully curated portfolio that shows off your best and most recent work that includes complete UX projects as well as sample of visual and UI designs.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to work successfully in a remote role.
  • The ideal candidate has worked for a SaaS start-up.

Our Marketing & Growth team is expanding and we’d love you to be part of it. As the second marketing team member you will play a pivotal role in our go-to-market plans and future growth. This position will report directly to our Chief Growth Officer.

You will:

  • Deeply understand the customer lifecycle and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, propose campaigns and execute through to completion.
  • Keep an eye on analytics to measure the impact of each campaign on the business and develop ways to improve efficiency and scale.
  • Collaborate with other team members including product, engineering and legal to meet ambitious growth targets.

What You Bring To The Table:

  • Bachelor degree with 2 years of post-university work experience.
  • A strong background in performance marketing.
  • The ability to analyze a marketing funnel and identify and size different growth opportunities and the various ways to meet them.
  • The ability to think strategically and develop data-driven campaigns that will impact business growth and profitability.
  • Hands on experience with email marketing, search advertising, SEO, social campaigns, display and video ads. You know the ins and outs of each platform and you can optimize and and pull reports in an instant.
  • A knack for numbers. You are very comfortable with advanced spreadsheet functions to dissect data, discover insights and create reports.
  • Creativity and a sensitivity for branding and visual communications.
  • An energetic and willing attitude.
  • Experience collaborating with engineers, UX designers, analysts and product managers.
  • The drive to constantly learn. You are aware of the latest trends in digital marketing, technology and business.
  • A hungry, infectious personality. We’re looking for someone determined and able to get things done fast, aim for the highest quality and often win.
